Jackknife Crunch
A great way to work out all of your ab muscles is an alternate, bent-knee Jackknife crunch with a twist.
To start, lie down on your back with your hands behind your head. Crunch up and bring your right elbow to the left knee, and vice-versa. Then, bring in both knees. Keep alternating – left, right, center – for 10 to 20 reps.
For greater force, exhale before each crunch.
