The best way to get swimsuit ready is to do freelance squats. You can do 5 reps of 10 squats each day. Add some 3 or 5lb weights to those ankles while doing the squats to enhance it. You can also do lifts by standing at the edge of the steps in your home and elevate your heels up. This will get your legs and buttox in great shape. The Bikini Bottom Booster which will target all of those areas to get you Swimsuit Ready!!!

Make Like a Horse for Great Glutes?
Believe it or not, horses have amazing glutes. That’s because they’re continually working their legs at right angles to their body which is the point of most effective glute training. Getting to that 90 degree angle (or getting your thigh parallel to the floor) in lunges – or your butt just above your knee – is the secret to great glutes.
